Germanwings New Livery 2013 at London Stansted with Titan Airways 757 Air Berlin Q400 FedEX MD11
This video includes my very first real life view and capture of Germanwings' new livery. Beginning with the great sound of a FedEx McDonnell Douglas MD-11 arriving, this video goes into a short title sequence accompanied by music and engines sounds before showing the arrival of Germanwings Airbus A319 in the new "Lufthansa Group" livery. I've also included other aircraft movements including "classic" Germanwings filmed days earlier, a Titan Airways 757 arrival, and an Air Berlin Bombardier Dash8 Q400 complete the mix. Filmed in HD on 5th Jan 2013 and on 9th December 2012 this video is from London Stansted Airport. On 5/1/13 I saw a Thomson Boeing 757, and one of the last departures of AtlasJet and a first for me, Air Cargo Germany Boeing 747F. Back on the 9 Dec 2012, Essex Police Planewatch organised an event day which gave spotters at STN the chance of getting a bit closer to the action and different angles at a location not normally open to the public. You'll see Oman Government A320 and private Boeing BBJ VP-BWR plus a waving pilot from Air Berlin and some of the regulars at Stansted. Air Berlin Oneworld Livery, Douglas DC-8, Wow Air A320, FedEX and more @STN_Airport
Filmed in June/July 2012 at London Stansted, this video includes a first visit of Air Berlin Boeing 737-800 in oneworld livery. Wow Air is a new Icelandic carrier and this video includes an upclose landing of one of their A320s. There's FedEX MD11, 777, ATR and A300 aircraft, private Embraer 135 and a private DC8 landing in the rain!

Air Berlin Airbus A330, 737, A320, Dash 8 at London Stansted #Airberlin @londonstansted
On 6th May 2011, Air Berlin had an unusual, but welcome visit to London Stansted Airport in the shape of an ex-LTU Airbus A330. For those in the know, the aircraft was apparently carrying people to tenerife for filming of the new Clash of the Titans 2 but I dont know for sure. Also included are other Air Berlin movements at Stansted.

Filmed in late 2010 and including footage of First Choice and Air Berlin on 15 January 2011 this video is a short compilation of aircraft at London Stansted. Stansted is fast becoming the dullest airport for viewing aircraft due to a range of airlines leaving over the past number of months, but with the imminent arrival of BMI Baby, maybe things will improve.
